SoraSave.net respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Service to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
Our Role
SoraSave is a tool that processes video URLs provided by users. We do not host, store, or distribute any video content. We act as a processing intermediary and do not have control over the content that users choose to download.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content accessed through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate access to our Service for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
